This is a view of one of the old cottages on Bald Head Island as you first drive up to it on the driveway. This is a small study I did on location to get the beautiful colors and shadows on the roof and side of the house. The ocean is just beyond it over the crest of the hill and the light reflecting off the ocean lit up the side of the house wonderfully.
